In 2022, renowned chef Matt Moran brought new life to the tiny village of Rockley (population under 200) by reopening The Rockley Pub, located 35 kilometres south of Bathurst.
Dine on elevated pub fare – with snacks, pub classics, Chef’s menu, sides and sweets. For large groups of over 12 people, the menu has been designed to share options of 1, 2 or 3 courses. The kid’s menu has something to suit.
Select from one of our seven renovated rooms, where you can immerse yourself in the authenticity of the past, while enjoy8ing all the comforts of the present. Guests will have access to the complimentary breakfast bar.
Before heading off, make sure you go for a drive around the town itself (it won’t take long) to admire the period architecture and rolling landscapes.
