There is reverse cycle A/C in the kitchen/breakfast room and a slow combustion heater in the lounge room. Beds have electric blankets and there is electric heating in the bedrooms and fans available in summer. A large north/east facing fenced verandah is a delightful place to sit with extensive views of Perthville Village and the Queen Charolottes Vale towards Bathurst. Ample parking is available for vehicles, including large vehicles.
