Friday — Heritage Charm & Table Talk
3:00pm — Check into your historic home
Settle into Littlebourne Guest House, one of Bathurst’s grand historic estates. Established in 1830, it features six beautifully appointed suites, elegant entertaining spaces and sweeping gardens filled with nearly 100 varieties of roses. With room for groups of two to 12, it is made for a relaxed weekend with your favourite people.
5:00pm — Unpack, pour and reconnect
Take a wander through the gardens, enjoy a game of billiards or settle into the Pavilion for sunset drinks. There is no need to rush – the weekend begins the moment everyone arrives.
7:00pm — Dinner and drinks in Bathurst
Head into town for an evening of good food and even better conversation. Share beautiful plates and local wines in the courtyard at Norma Joan, or choose vibrant dishes and cocktails at Bootleg Dining, overlooking the blossom trees and Kings Parade.
Return to Littlebourne for a nightcap, plenty of laughs and the promise of a blissful sleep-in.
Saturday — Blossoms, Boutique Bliss & Gin O’Clock
9:30am — A leisurely sleep-in
Ease into the morning with coffee at the house before heading out for a late brunch.
10:30am — Brunch with the girls
Choose Dejorja Café for colourful açai bowls, smoked salmon bagels and creamy lattes, followed by a browse through the adjoining boutique. Alternatively, linger over a long breakfast and award-winning coffee at The Hub on Keppel Street.
11:45am — Blossoms in the heart of Bathurst
Stroll beneath the historic trees and spring colour of Machattie Park. Take your time, capture a few gorgeous group photos and enjoy the city at its most beautiful.
12:30pm — Boutique bliss on Keppel Street
Browse fashion, florals and homewares at Dejorja Boutique, discover flattering Australian labels at Diversity Fashion, then continue to T.Arts Gallery for original paintings, prints, sculptures and locally handcrafted jewellery.
2:30pm — Gin O’Clock
Travel to Bathurst Grange Distillery, a locally owned distillery set on a historic heritage property approximately 20 minutes from Bathurst. Taste handcrafted whisky and gin, including Rose Garden Gin, before wandering through the surrounding gardens. The guide lists Saturday tasting-room hours from 11:00am to 5:00pm, with tours available at scheduled times. Enjoy woodfired pizza at the Grange for an early dinner.
Evening — Back to your historic retreat
Return to Littlebourne for a relaxed evening together. Put on some music, assemble a platter, pour another glass and settle in for long conversations without watching the clock.
Sunday — Mayfield Magic & a Slow Farewell
9:30am — One more slow morning
Sleep in, enjoy breakfast together and take a final relax in Littlebourne’s rose-filled gardens before checking out.
10:30am — Mayfield magic
Spend the late morning wandering through the spectacular floral vistas of Mayfield Garden. It is the perfect final dose of spring colour and an especially beautiful backdrop for photos with the girls.

Abercrombie House: Strawberries and Cream is offered every Saturday throughout spring, while selected High Tea experiences feature Celtic harp music in the heritage ballroom. The guide recommends booking ahead.
