39th Annual Trunkey Creek Wool & Horse Festival

Boots, bales and scooting! Get ready for a fantastic day of country entertainment, competition and family fun at the 39th Annual Trunkey Creek Show, incorporating the Wool and Horse Festival, on Saturday 10 October 2026.
The day celebrates the best of rural and country life, with an exciting program featuring the Australian Champion Fleece, Champion Rider, NSW Yard Dog Trials, draught horse events, the Quick Shear Competition, Dog High Jump and the Farmers Team Challenge.
There’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy, including children’s cross-country running, novelty events, children’s activities, market stalls, pavilion exhibits, a Country Café, BBQ and Publican’s Bar.
The main events run throughout the day, beginning at 9.00am, with the show officially opening at 1.00pm and activities continuing until approximately 5.00pm.
