The Official Opening of Truffle Season – Truffle Tasting By The Fire.
Celebrate the beginning of the winter truffle harvest at RedGround Australia this June Long Weekend.
Join us on the farm for a relaxed, tasting experience showcasing the unmistakable aroma and flavour of freshly harvested truffle. Settle in by the fire inside the Truffle Hunting Lodge or enjoy the crisp Oberon air outdoors by the firepit as you take in the landscape where our truffles are grown.
Each tasting features a generous bowl of creamy truffle butter polenta, topped with your choice of slow-cooked beef cheek in a rich truffle jus, or a hearty truffle mushroom ragout. Every dish is finished to order with freshly shaved RedGround truffle. Your tasting also includes a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink.
Guests are invited to arrive within their selected time window and relax, enjoying the atmosphere, the food, and the start of the truffle season.
Additional tastings and drinks will be available to purchase on the day.
This special event marks the beginning of our favourite time of year and offers a delicious introduction to the truffle experiences we host throughout the year.
