On Friday, 16 February, join The Rockley and local producers Vale Creek & Grass Parrot Wines for an intimate evening highlighting the incredible Central West region. The head chef, Simon Borghesi has curated a four-course menu – each course showcasing a selection of local produce, carefully paired with Vale Creek & Glass Parrot Wines.
From farm to table, the evening promises to entertain, delving into the special relationship between producer and chef while discovering the very best of the Central West in New South Wales.
