Girrawaa Art Exhibition & Art Sale
Bathurst Correctional Centre - Girrawaa Arts Centre will be open to the public for an Exhibition and Art Sale. We have over 20 inmates who are exhibiting their artwork for this event. All art is created by First Nations artists within Bathurst Correctional Centre and is part of our NAIDOC Week Celebrations.
Girrawaa Art Exhibition and Sale
To celebrate NAIDOC Week the Girrawaa Creative Centre at Bathurst Correctional Centre will be opening our doors on Saturday 12th July. We have both traditional and Contemporary art painted by First Nations Artists currently incarcerated in Bathurst Correctional Centre. Girrawaa provides a connection to Culture and Healing for our artists.
