Enjoy a relaxed, premium truffle tasting at RedGround, inspired by the intimacy of a cellar-door experience. Guests select an hourly arrival time and are seated for a tasting of seasonal truffle canapés and a glass of local sparkling wine (non-alcoholic version available), each highlighting the flavour and aroma of our four truffle varieties.
You may enhance your visit with optional additions during booking:
• Truffle Champagne Cocktail
Upgrade your glass of sparkling wine for a bright, elegant truffle champagne cocktail with a subtle truffle infusion that lifts the savoury notes of the tasting.
• Truffle Negroni
Upgrade your glass of sparkling wine for a classic Negroni enriched with a delicate layer of truffle, adding depth to the balance of gin, vermouth, and amaro.
• Picnic Hamper for Two (limited availability)
After your truffle tasting experience, select to add on a gourmet hamper featuring house-made sourdough, artisan charcuterie, truffle aioli, truffle mustard, selected cheeses, seasonal accompaniments, and our signature Truffle Honey Cream Kisses. Includes a picnic rug for you to use during your picnic and your choice of local white wine, red wine, or sparkling to enjoy outdoors.
All tastings and selected add-ons are paid at the time of booking. Additional truffle products and gifts are available to purchase upon departure.
