Bathurst Heritage Ride

A free, 3 hour bicycle tour through Bathurst's Indigenous and European history. Resting on Wirajuri land, Bathurst, Australia's first inland European settlement, was founded in 1815 by Governor Macquarie. The ride will take you past many of the beautiful old buildings, houses and countryside of the area. Regular stops and commentary highlight will leave you with a great overview of this great town's fascinating story.

Your ride leaders, Paul and Peter, are returning to Bathurst for the 3rd edition of this Heritage Ride. We do most of our Heritage Rides in Parramatta, but were inspired to join the Bathurst Bicentenary back in 2015, and returned in 2017.
