DESCRIPTION:Join us in helping spread the word about October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Dress up in PINK\, jump on the bus for a day trip to Mudgee to help spread the word about the importance Breast Screening.  Spend the morning wandering the Mudgee CBD through Boutiques and Cafes and see all the beautiful shops with their PINK displays.  After lunch we will jump back on the bus and head out to Rosby Wines and Gallery to enjoy their annual Sculptures in the Garden display. On World Peace Day 2025\, we invite you to take the opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, a Peace Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, and meet one of our local carillonists while enjoying the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. After the conclusion of the tour\, enjoy a recital in honour of World Peace Day.  \n\n\n\nSaturday 18 October: This is a rare opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, meet Canberra Senior Carillonist Peter Bray and enjoy the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. After the conclusion of the tour\, enjoy a recital performed by Peter.  \n\n\n\nSaturday 22 November: 22 November is St Cecilia’s Day\, the Patron Saint of Music. We invite you to take this opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, and meet one of our local carillonists while enjoying the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. DESCRIPTION:Join the Peel community for the annual fundraiser for the Peel Recreation Reserve at the 14th Peel Jam for a laid back afternoon in the grounds of the old school hall. 2025 will see more than 50 musicians\, two fabulous local artists (all artworks for sale)\, artisan stallholders\, Renzaglias Wines and Cosmo Brewing\, Robi’s Kitchen and the Peel RFS\, taking their catering to new heights in 2025. $10 per person\, $20 per family (two adults and children under 18). Family friendly event just 15 minutes north of Bathurst. This is a pet-free event. The grounds themselves are fully accessible\, and there is an accessible toilet on the grounds. The old school hall (circa 1856) unfortunately pre-dates access so the art exhibition might be tricky for those in chairs.
