DESCRIPTION:ViV! – is a children’s theatre show about an adventurous\, tough and sassy girl who lives with disabilities and her little sister ‘Lil’. \nViV! merges digital landscapes\, puppetry and choreography with an original score played live. \nOur heroine Viv takes the audience on a sensory journey\, transporting us into her imagination\, to meet the quirky friends who surf her unique brainwaves and celebrate her for all her “ViVness” Relaxed performances for every show with break-out spaces available\, doors open and light sensitive design. \nAUSLAN interpreted. \nThe creative development of Viv was supported by Local Giants\, a national program brought to you by a partnership between Performing Arts Connections (PAC) Australia\, Performing Lines and Regional Arts Australia.

Purchase your tickets here! \n\n\n\nSaturday 23 August: Enjoy the Beatlesfest carillon recital at 10am before taking the opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, meet one of our local carillonists and enjoy the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room.  \n\n\n\nSunday 21 September: 21 September is World Peace Day\, a day observed annually to promote peace and the absence of violence worldwide. On World Peace Day 2025\, we invite you to take the opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, a Peace Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, and meet one of our local carillonists while enjoying the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. After the conclusion of the tour\, enjoy a recital in honour of World Peace Day.  \n\n\n\nSaturday 18 October: This is a rare opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, meet Canberra Senior Carillonist Peter Bray and enjoy the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. After the conclusion of the tour\, enjoy a recital performed by Peter.  \n\n\n\nSaturday 22 November: 22 November is St Cecilia’s Day\, the Patron Saint of Music. We invite you to take this opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon\, explore the three floors of the tower\, and meet one of our local carillonists while enjoying the playing of the instrument from within the clavier room. After the conclusion of the tour\, enjoy a recital in honour of Saint Cecilia.  \n\n\n\nSpecial requirements: tour participants must wear flat shoes\, be able to climb 61 steps in the tower (20 to the landing\, 21 to first floor\, 20 to playing level) and have nothing in their hands to hold onto the handrails.   \n\n\n\nTour duration: 1 – 1.5 hours.
