Set 15 mins drive from Bathurst and co-created by local women in business\, the event includes gentle yoga\, breathwork\, hot and cold therapy\, a seasonal wholefoods meal\, a food-as-medicine workshop\, face massage\, energy healing and a low-tox exploration space. It’s designed to help you slow down\, reset\, and reconnect with yourself & your community. You’ll leave feeling grounded\, nourished\, and supported—with simple tools to care for your health naturally and a deeper sense of embodied wellness.
