Stone Pine Distillery
This place is locally owned and run and it is definitely worth a visit to their stall at the Bathurst Farmers Markets to pick up a bottle from them. With their environmentally-friendly practices, they keep this gin as green as possible. Some of their specialty Australian gins have even won a Silver Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London. They also have rum, vodka and other spirits and, yes, you can buy online.
