Anam Vietnamese Restaurant
If you’re hungry, head here for lunch. There’s a reason they ‘re so popular, and it’s because they serve delicious Vietnamese cuisine. It’s a bit hard to find in the Centrepoint Arcade, but if you enter off Howick Street, you’ll find some very classy and fresh food. Another bonus? It’s really affordable.

T.Arts Gallery
This gallery is worth a visit for sure. The Tablelands Artists Co-operative Gallery, also known as T.arts Gallery, is a not-for-profit, artist run, community co-operative that showcases the creative talents of its members living in the Tablelands region. Great local art on display and some fabulous gifts. Seek it out.

Vine & Tap
This gem is in the Brooke Moore Courtyard. Open for lunch and dinner, Vine & Tap is all about share plates done Italian style, cocktails, as well as local wines. You can sit outside in their courtyard on a nice evening. It's well worth a visit.

Celsius Restaurant
This restaurant, situated above the Quality Hotel, is definitely recommended for a meal. Here’s a tip - before 6pm it has a great three course dinner special so make you sure you get in early. There are large curved windows here which makes it a really special place to look at the views, and it’s perfect for watching the sunset.

Bathurst Adventure Playground
Looking for something different to do? Near the Bathurst Base Hospital on Howick Street is this amazing playground for kids of all ages. This community playground has lots of different places for children to play and have fun. And the grown ups won’t be disappointed - there’s a great barbecue area too.
