Breakfast at The Hub
The Hub is at the centre of the social scene in Bathurst and has a tantalising breakfast menu from a breakie burrito, corn fritters and their version of eggs benny. It perfectly captures the true charm of Bathurst locals with their locally sourced produce and friendly staff.

Crema on George
A not-so-secret coffee stop, they are open from 6am and serve the best coffee in town. They’ve had a face-lift recently and are back with their popular sweet treats and pastries like caramel slices, brownies and cupcakes. We always drop in before driving back to Sydney.

Drive around Mount Panorama
If you’ve ever wondered what it was like to be a race car driver then buckle up and take a spin around Mount Panorama. Then pretend you are a race car driver at a slightly slower speed. The museum is a wonderful addition to the Mountain too.

O’Connell Pub
A great place to stop by when exploring the Bathurst region or out on a day trip. As with most buildings in Bathurst, O’Connell Pub has become a historic landmark for the region and offers unique dining experiences like a romantic dinner by the fireside or an awesome pub meal outside under the elm tree.

Church Bar
For the best pizzas in town, my go-to place is Church Bar. It is loved by locals and is a great spot for dinner. The restaurant operates from inside one of the oldest buildings in Bathurst – the old Anglican Church School House, still with the original structure and old-world charm.

Bishop’s Court Estate Boutique Hotel
Nestled at the top of Bathurst, next to the historic St Stanislaus College is Bishop’s Court Estate. A luxurious boutique hotel with exceptional food, it is the perfect place to unwind whether you choose to relax in the garden or the manor’s library. Savour the historic charm of the 18th century manor with sky high ceilings and spectacular finishes.
